🐖 Ford Focus Mk2 Mileage Display Not Working

I've got a 2006 Focus Ghia 1.6 and having some issues with the heated front windscreen. Half of the screen seems to work (passenger side), whilst the other half doesn't work at all. I'm assuming that the mechanism is split into two circuits at some point and that the side controlling the drivers side is faulty/disconnected/fuse issue somewhere. Put the one in for the mileage display and it didnt work,tried the usual of turning it round,stil nothing,so i put the origional bulb back in and now it doesnt work,the mileage is extremely faint. hellllp!
