I can say that the classic version runs complete smooth on 60 FPS, way better than Definitive edition. And it’s only 8 gb space. I just finished the definitive edition of mafia 2 the other day and its pretty buggy with bad performance in the grand scheme of things. When I play through it again it will be the original for sure.

They remade the entire game from the start. They could have added ton of improvement to the original experience. They didn't and it feels pretty damn outdated thanks to that. I skiped the DE and bought the original 2010 game. No bugs that I recall. And it's a wonderful game so yes get on it! Yeah I had more issues on PS5 than I did on PS4. On PS5 on the cathouse mission (when Vito returns from being, err, gone), there was a huge part of the map where I would fall through.
